Rincon Valley Charter School is open to all grade-level seventh and eighth graders. In the upcoming school year of 2010-11, there will be ninety accepted seventh graders and ninety accepted eighth graders. Students are accepted according to the charter enrollment criteria, with first priority given to current siblings, followed by faculty and staff children, all sixth graders enrolled in RVUSD schools, and students from other schools in the area. Classes are limited in size to give all students an opportunity to grow academically and to enable teachers to develop relationships that enhance student learning and success.
